Domestic Shipping

    1. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

    1. Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    1. Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    1. Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
    1. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    1. Standard Shipping: Free for all orders.
    1. Expedited Shipping: Rs. 100 /-
    1. Overnight Shipping: Rs. 200 /-
    1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

International Shipping

  1. Processing Time:
    1. International orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
    1. Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days
    1. Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
    1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and other factors.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    1. Standard International Shipping: $29.99
    1. Expedited International Shipping: $59.99
    1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination country.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    1. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
    1. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

  1. Tracking Information:
    1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and on whatsapp with tracking details.
    1. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. Restricted Items:
    1. Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to import regulations. If your order contains a restricted item, we will notify you and provide alternative options.
  2. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    1. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Issues

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
  2. Damaged Items:
    1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Although we can’t assure you that the same will be refunded as our products are non-refundable.
  3. Incorrect Addresses:
    1. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
